Black-capped Chickadee ~ more mixology with this one. Backlight flash blended with a slow shutter. Think I’ll call it a Black-capped Bourbon:
~2oz Bourbon
~2 Tbsp maple syrup
~1.5 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
~Garnish with star anise
